The pond at Outcast Landing is four acres of fishing paradise encompassing the entire food chain––from big bass and catfish, to perch, crappie, shad, minnows and even crawfish. You’ll also find quite a bit of human activity here: birthday parties, family reunions, picnics, bachelor parties, and any other social gathering you can imagine.
This place is a true passion project. Our property started out as a blank slate. Over the years we built and expanded the pond, added residences and cottages, and made this the kind of place that’s too good to keep to ourselves.
We pride ourselves on a healthy and balanced, natural ecosystem. All fish are catch-and-release. Our cottages are newly built with modern insulation and efficiency. We want to keep this place in great shape for all the people, animals, and plants who spend their time here.
